DON'T FORGET TO TIP YOUR DRIVER. Tips are a very significant part of your driver's pay plan. If the driver arrives on time, and the car is clean and pleasant. If the driver helps to load and unload your luggage, tip him 20%. NOTE: less than 15% tells your driver that you are dissatisfied and he needs to improve his performance in some way. Drivers must pay for their own gas. Gas costs your driver 30+ % of the fare and he must pay for all the gas, to your home and then back to the airport ( double the mileage ).
